Mirra Andreva became the youngest player in the final of the WA’s 5-4 event in the sixth grade Elena Ribakina in the UAE, UAE-Dubai Championship.
17-year-old Andreva fell behind in the third set before winning the last five games to reach his second tour-level final. He won the IISI Open in Romania last July.
His opponent in the final will be Clara Towson, Den, who was sprayed by the top-marital Aryana Sabalenka or Korolina Machova.
After winning against Dubai’s Ribakina, IGA Sotech and Marketa Vandrosova, Andreva became the youngest player in the WTA final from Maria Sharapova to a single tournament in a single tournament.
