BCCI will announce the official start date


The 18th season of the Indian Premier League will begin on March 23, 2025. IndiaThe popular cricket tournament has changed over a week. However, the final date has not yet been announced.

IPL 2025 will start on March 23

The start date of IPL 2025 was earlier on March 14. Speaking to reporters after the BCCI SGM, Rajev Shukla announced that the tournament will begin on March 23. “IPL will start from March 23,” Shukla told reporters.

While Rajeev Shukla revealed the starting date, he did not say anything about the change in the match and final dates. Since departure dates have changed, those dates are subject to change as well. Those developments will be announced later.

It should also be noted that the 2025 Champions Trophy final will be held on March 9. As the start date of the IPL has been postponed, the players will be given as much rest as needed after the tournament.
