On Thursday, the former personal assistant to the Cardian owners Michael Bedwell A presented The wrong lawsuit for discharge Against Bidluel and the team.
Cardinals issued a statement in response to the complaint submitted by Brittani Newhaisil.
“Earlier this week, Cardroid received an email from the prosecutor in California.
In that, he threatened to file a lawsuit unless the team agrees to request a large amount of money by 5:00 pm the next day.
“The team refused and the lawyer now filed the complaint.
“I was surprised by the Cardinate, and they deny the strength of the allegations submitted in this lawsuit and intends to defend the issue in its advantages in the appropriate forum.
“Since this is waiting for litigation, the team will refrain from further comment.”
Once the case and the papers associated with it will be submitted, the Cardinals will be asked to respond. Their options include submitting a request to reject the case, and to remove it from the Arizona State Court to the Arizona Court, and/or respond to allegations in the complaint.
Like most civil procedures, the case will play for months if not years.
