All South Korean airports will need to install bird detection cameras and imaginary thermal radar, after deaths in December last year in December 179 people.

The slip will take place in 2026.

The researchers said that last week Boeing 737-800 was found evidence of a bird strike.

An accident research – The death of South Korean soil is constantly focusing on the role of birds and the concrete structure at the end of the track after the plane was made of emergency landing.

“Bird detection radars will be installed at all airports to improve the early detection of remote birds and improve the answers for the aircraft,” said the Ministry of Land on Thursday in a statement.

The bird detection radar detects the size of birds and their movement paths and reproduces this information to air traffic drivers.

The Ministry has added that all airports must be equipped with at least one thermal image camera.

Today there are only four airports in South Korea equipped with thermal image cameras. It is not clear, if any of them have radars to perceive birds.

Sites that attract birds, like landfill garbage, should be moved away from the airports.

In Last Month, South Korea announced that seven airports would have on their track safety sites after an accident after a review of all the airports in all countries.

The cause of the accident is still unknown, but the air safety experts said earlier, the number of the dead could be much smaller, after the plane has made emergency landing.

On December 29, the aircraft, Jeju airport airport, took it from Bangkok and flew to Muanen International Airport in the southwest.

Local hours of 08:57 times, the pilot contacts the airport and advised the control tower with the prudence of “bird activity”.

On 08:59, the pilot complained that the aircraft hit a bird and declared the Mayday signal.

Then the pilot asked permission to land in the opposite direction, where the belly landed without spreading landing equipment. He has added the track and exploded after entering the concrete structure, the preliminary research report has ended.

Flight data and Cockpit voice recorders stopped recording four minutes before disaster, later found research on black boxes.

Boeing B737-800 Aircraft on board 179 passengers were between three and 78 years, although most of them have been 40, 50 and 60s. The only survivors were members of the two cabin crew.
