Texas Safety Jimmie Ward was arrested on Thursday, the second time in three months landed in prison.
Ward tested positively for alcohol, his lawyer, Steve Jackson, said Aaron Wilson of KPRC.
In June, Ward was reserved on charges of violence in assault family violence that interfere with the breath / circulation, a criminal offense of the third degree under Texas Law. Ward’s fiancée allegations attacked, strangled and threatened to her, and later filed an emergency protective command against Ward.
“There was no contact with the complainant,” Jackson Wilson said on Thursday. “The Court has a policy of zero tolerance. As a sanction he must spend overnight in prison. There are no new states against Jimmie.”
Ward has 13. August’s court date, and 31. August Grand jury will hear the case. Jackson said he expected not to be charged and rejected.
Ward, 33, is reviewed by the out-season of foot operation and on active / physical incapable for the performance of the list.
