Jerry Jones is constantly negotiating with players – and NFL / NFLPA keeps giving him away

Cowboy owner Jerry Jones has no qualifications on negotiation directly with players representing agents, ignoring the letter and / or spirit of the collective agreement on collective bargaining.

He worked before. He did it with the line of Mitchensian parsons. It’s left unverified, Jones will do it again.

So where are NFL and NFL players of the association on this? The Union has methods to challenge Jones’s actions. Union is not.

League may also take action. It’s not.

Of course, it’s not like working. The cowboys end too long and pay too much, no matter how Jones negotiates.

Maybe it’s the best punishment. Jones deals directly with players. And the cowboys eventually pay more than they were supposed to pay.

Regardless of the outcome of the negotiations, it is amazing that the League and the union allow Jones to continue.
