Another ruler of the EU courts has made another blow to the Italian attempt to create Albanian track system in Albanian to process Ashore Ashore.
The Court of Justice (ECJ) said the EU law is currently the EU law that decides whether the Italian government is “safe”.
The concept of “safe” concept is essential when the Prime Minister Giorgia was hit by Albania in 2023, to send migrants intercepted at sea, for quick processing.
Asylum was denied that anyone who has a “safe country” was believed to be deported within a week.
But ECJ rejected a nation only if the entire population is secure in the list of government, which means Italy should review its procedure.
It currently identifies Egypt and Bangladesh, for example, as safe as they require protecting certain groups there.
Epiciously led an angry reaction to the Rome government told that the European Court was exceeding his role, adding decisions to defend the ability to make decisions “decisions.
The European Court also said that the government needs to make public evidence and sources used to reach safe countries, so asylum seekers can decide the decision in its case.
“Today, the Court is clearly named that the country cannot be secure, unless it provides general and generalized protection, and unless this claim was independently,” Katia Scannavini Italian “Katia Scannavini explained.”
“The so-called Albania model has fallen in his legal nucleus,” argued.
The fate of Italy Albania are closely observed by other governments in the UK with other governments who want to manage the seafood.
As the focus of the hard view of Meloni’s immigration, Albania deal has hit legal barriers from the beginning. The hands of the migrants sent there will end up in Italy after the intervention of lawyers.
In many of the budgets, the built centers have never been used as desired.
In his power, the European Court did not have objects in principle of migrants from secure countries to a fast track procedure, but it clearly changed the implementation of this policy.
“Basic: The concept of” Safe Origin “cannot be used to transfer Albania until the Italian law changed,” Amnesty International Migration Adriana Tidon said BBC.
“That goes to the Italian plans in Albania.”
Amnestia, like the others, believe that Albania is essentially violating human rights. “That’s not related to some original countries, but it’s based on an automatic arrest system,” Adriana Tidon said. “That is illegal”.
It is not clear what kind of influence the current judge may enter into the new EU migration Tree next year and presents a list of secure countries for returns – including Egypt and Bangladesh.
But the decision makes it clear that the definition of safe countries does not lie to politicians ultimately.
“The court says that the judge with the ability to make evaluations about safe countries,” Daniele Gallo, the EU Law Professor at the Luiss University of Rome explained. “Everything that the government says, all Italian judges have duty to ignore Italian legislation and apply EU law.”
