“In our minds, it is The greatest captain In the history of the American Football Association, there is no doubt that he also belongs to the celebrity hall of what he accomplished in his 20 -year career, “Welf said:” We are planning to honor Jim with helmets throughout the 2025 season and work on plans to get to know him and his family during the legendary weekend when we face Bengal in September. “
Marshall joined the Vikings in their opening season in 1961 and spent 19 years with the team. He helped them get four matches Super Bowl and holds the US Football Association’s record for most of the consecutive games that played for one team. The Vikings also operated it in their honor and retirement number 70 since its retirement after the 1979 season.
