45 -year -old Venus Williams has become the oldest from Navratilova to win a single match

Washington – Venus Williams to himself and others – about returning from a long trim, about competing in a game at the age of 45, about ever quit. Yes, there was something special about returning to tennis court on Tuesday night.

It was also: he really wanted to win.

And exactly what Williams did, became the second oldest woman to win the Tour-Level Singles match in the professional tennis, distributing some of her known major services and Groundstrokes at 45 years old-22 years after defeating her junior 6-3, 6-4 score of 6-4.

“Every week that I was training, I was, ‘Oh, my god is good, I don’t know if I still are good enough.’ And then there will be a few weeks where I will go ahead where I was, ‘Oh, God Shobar, this is not happening.’ Even the week goes ahead, (I thought), ‘Oh, my gosh, I need to improve a lot’ ‘so this is all the main game, “Williams said after a first single match for more than a year and after the first single win between the two.

Martina Navratilova, the only senior woman to win the tour-level single match, whose last victory came to 47 in 2004.

Former No. 1-Ranned Williams has not played single in a formal match since March 2024, missing during surgery for removing uterine fibroids. He could not win Single from August 2023 at SinSini. Until this week, he was listed as “inactive” by the WA tour.

Williams said, “I am constantly praying for good health so that I can get the chance to play with good health,” Williams said. “A lot of it is back to me to come back to a level (and) to play healthy to play healthy.”

The crowd that was clearly there in the hard-court tournament in the country’s capital, which was clearly there, Williams, who was earning all his grand slam title, and the skills he showed: Seven of the younger sister Serena-and two mixed sisters, including women doubles.

Williams told fans, “I wanted to play a good match,” then a phrase has been added that has grown praiseworthy: “and won the match.”

In Tuesday’s second game, Williams smacked a return winner to start things, then the single and Team NCAA won the University of Texas, and provided a few big reactions to the 23 -year -old sterns who are currently in the 35th place.

In the next game, Williams went ahead to reach a drop shot and replied with a forehand winner.

The first chorus of the cheers arrived when Williams came out at the main stadium of the DC Open, one, the 000-Ason’s arena, which was more than twice the day before it was doubled to win. Another came when he traveled from the sideline to the center of the court for the coin toss. The word reached Crisndo when Williams began to hit Acec – 110 miles per hour and fast – the way he used.

Remember: Williams won four Grand Slam Trophy before the birth of Stears.

“He played some balls tonight,” said sterns. “He was really well that I was not expecting too much, in fact. His series were simply on fire.”

There was also some moments where Williams – whose fiance was on the stand – looked like it was just as long as he competed with the opening game, when he was broken in love: forehand net, forehand long, backhand long.

In the end, Williams took some extra efforts to stop things. He retained the match points and failed to convert them. But in the end, at his sixth opportunity, Williams served 112 miles per hour that the sternus returned to the net. That was: Williams smiled widely as it might be, raised a fist, and got up in the net to shake hands, then performed the post-period-and wave of his traditional win.

“It’s not easy it will not be easy. It is not easy for anyone here,” Williams says, who is in the face of Sid Magdalena Freche, who is 27 who is 27 years old. “So I know I have to fight for every match. But I’m for that.”
