I’m a long-distance runner, and this was definitely a fun experience for my feet! You apply it, and after a few minutes, you feel a slight tingling and burning sensation (in a good way). It doesn’t completely numb your feet, but it does relax them. I kept it on for 30 minutes and then cleaned my feet with the towel, and the tingling sensation slowly faded away over the next 30 minutes. Afterwards, my feet felt so refreshed and relaxed at a time of day when they would normally be sore from all the miles I had driven. The whole thing was an easy and mess-free process, and I will definitely keep it for longer operating days!
