Promising review: “You can see the before and after in my pictures but this paint was amazing and a great transformation for my old kitchen.

Process:

-I started by completely cleaning the wooden cabinets KRUD KUTTER PC32 PREPARATION CLEANER/TSP REPLACEMENT. I read a lot of reviews about this cleaner and heard that it is great for cleaning oils and dirt, and it really worked wonders.

-He sanded the bottom of the cabinets.

-Then I prepared the cabinets using a special wood primer.

-After the primer dried, I used Nuvo paint on the cabinets. I painted four very thin layers of paint. It’s important to keep each layer very thin as it will dry out weird. I have found that in the corner of the cabinets where the paint builds up even a little, it can chip, so make sure to keep the coats thin.

-Plus, I ended up purchasing regular brushes outside of this set. Some blogs said they used foam brushes; However, I didn’t like the way they put paint on the cabinets with them.” –Daniel Joy
