One of the best activities on the weekend (alongside the shopping center) was going to rent movies in Blockbuster and Night Movie Night! Ah, time before broadcasting. There were also snacks, candy, and even Mirch for movies/TV. To this day, I still have some statues that my parents bought from Blockbuster that I have offered (they must be considered effects now, right?).
